1. CONTEST OVERVIEW

The Helicasts & Helilife Giveaway Contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by MHM Publishing Inc. ("MHM Publishing") and Helilife (collectively, the "Sponsors"). The Contest is designed to engage podcast listeners and allow them to win prizes by participating in a monthly giveaway.

Entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and any other applicable laws and regulations by participating in the Contest.

Contest Start Date: April 2025

First Winner Announcement: May 2025

The Contest may end at any time with an official announcement from the Sponsors.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to legal residents of any country where such contests are permitted by law.

Entrants who have won a prize in any MHM Publishing or Helilife-sponsored Contest within the past six (6) months are ineligible to win again.

Employees, contractors, and affiliates of MHM Publishing, Helilife, and their parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, as well as their advertising and promotional agencies, contest prize providers, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and household members of each such individual, whether related or not), are not eligible to enter or win.

Entries that do not comply with the Official Rules will be disqualified.

3. HOW TO ENTER

Each participating podcast episode will feature a secret buzzword (the "Entry Code").

To enter, listeners must submit the podcast episode number and Entry Code via the official contest landing page on the Helicast website (the "Entry Form").

Entries must be submitted before the monthly deadline posted on the contest page.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

Limit one (1) entry per person per episode. Any additional entries from the same individual for a single episode will be void.

4. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

One Grand Prize winner will be selected from all valid entries at the end of each month.

Additional minor prize winners may be chosen at the Sponsor's discretion.

Winners will be selected by a random draw conducted by MHM Publishing within seven (7) days following the monthly entry deadline.

Winners will be notified via Email within seven (7) days of the draw.

If a selected winner does not respond within five (5) days, they will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. PRIZES & SHIPPING

Prizes consist of Helilife apparel, including but not limited to shirts, hats, jackets, and other merchandise.

Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. No substitutions will be allowed except at the Sponsors' discretion.

All prizes will be covered for shipping costs. However, Sponsors reserve the right to request that international winners cover a portion of their shipping fees, where necessary.

Any unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner at the Sponsors' discretion.

6. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY & DISQUALIFICATION

Entries may be disqualified if:

The entrant submits more than one entry per episode in violation of the entry limit.

The entry contains false, misleading, fraudulent, or incomplete information.

The entry is received after the monthly deadline.

The entrant is found to have violated any part of these Official Rules.

Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or entry at their discretion for any reason, including suspected tampering, fraud, or misconduct.

7. PUBLICITY & PRIVACY

By entering the Contest, entrants agree to:
